Please book your appointment at least 3 business days in advance of your anticipated date. 

A salon representative will reach out within 24 hours of receiving the group appointment request, during business hours. Requests received over the weekend will be replied to on the next business day. Please note that submitted requests are not guaranteed bookings until we confirm with you.​

We require at least 24 hours notice to the salon directly for any cancellations.  Additionally, we reserve our space and our employees' time for your appointment- if you arrive later than 10 minutes of your appointment time we reserve the right to cancel the appointment, subject your appointment to walk-in status, or shorten the service time.   

Cancellations must be verbally confirmed with the salon manager. Emails to customer service and voicemails are not an acceptable form of cancellation.
